Property Equity Solutions was formed after we discovered there was a massive whole in the market for selling houses. The only viable route to sell a house had been to list with an Estate Agent and go through a lengthy and rigid process that could take up to 6 months before your house was sold.
Yet people were being forced to go down this route because there was not really any alternative. There was a CRYING NEED to sell your house more quickly, but it just wasn't possible.
And as we dug a bit deeper into this problem, we found that it was affecting peoples' lives in big ways:
- people were missing out on buying their dream house because they couldn't sell their own house quickly enough;
- people were building up massive debt because they couldn't sell their house quickly enough in order to release locked-up equity
